New Marilyn Monroe Movie - Netflix

We are and have always been, obsessed with Marilyn Monroe. The beauty, the scandal, the immense fame.

Netflix has added a new movie to the list of bingeable content named "Blonde."

The official “Blonde” synopsis from Netflix reads: “[The film] boldly reimagines the life of one of Hollywood’s most enduring icons, Marilyn Monroe. From her volatile childhood as Norma Jeane, through her rise to stardom and romantic entanglements, ‘Blonde’ blurs the lines of fact and fiction to explore the widening split between her public and private selves.”

The teaser trailer shows Ana de Armas as the iconic actress. The movie is based on the bestselling novel written by Joyce Carol Oates and carries an NC-17 rating. The supporting cast includes Bobby Cannavale, Adrien Brody, Julianne Nicholson, and Evan Williams. To me, it seems as though they are depicting the troubled actress as a little bit looney. But I guess we will have to wait and see.

"Blonde" will be available for streaming on September 23rd.

For now, you can get yourself ready by watching the documentary on Monroe, also on Netflix named - The Mystery of Marilyn Monroe: The Unheard Tapes.

I just finished watching this and it was very interesting, providing so much insight into the starlet's personal life.
