1.Question: Jeff is it true if I get hurt in an accident and the guy does not have the right insurance that I am not going to get anything for my injuries?
Answer: If it’s a car accident, you have your own PIP that might cover up to $10,000 in medical bills.
2.Question: Our insurance company told my wife we don’t need Uninsured Motorist insurance because we have personal injury and after that our health insurance takes over. In addition, they said it’s expensive. What are your thoughts?
Answer: This is false information and I would recommend switching to another insurance company. Your health insurance normally will not cover damages for an auto accident.
3.Question: I was wondering if it’s against the law to hire all Spanish people. Where I work, everybody is Spanish and that is all they speak. I feel very out of place living in America.
Answer: It is not illegal. However, if they are discriminating against a nationality or a race, then that is a problem.
