The person, who identified themself as "Ashley Cream", called for a Sugar Daddy Appreciation Day at a zoning board meeting in Boca Raton.
The board was speaking about the storage of flammable liquids and asked if there were questions on that subject. "Ashley" appears to have extremely large breast implants, was wearing a tight black dress, blonde wig, and wrap-around sunglasses. The board said "that's a city issue". They are planning and zoning. "Ashley" left.
