Tony Hawk Selling Skateboards Painted With His Blood
Tony Hawkhas put a little bit of himself into his new line of skateboards…literally. In a collaboration with Liquid Death, a water company that promises to “murder your thirst,” Hawk has created a limited-run of 100 skateboard decks. What makes these desks special is not just the paint job, but what’sin the paint… Hawk’s own blood. Each board “boasts a vial’s worth of Hawk’s DNA, mixed in with that paint.” Sadly, the only way for you to get one now is on eBay or some other secondary site, as the boards have all been sold…at $500 a pop.
