According to reports, the girls mother claims her daughter tried to report the abuse for years until hiding a camera to catch him in the act.
I'm not going to lie, I didn't watch the video. I don't have the stomach for it. No one should ever have to be physically abused. The man has been arrested on charges of child and animal abuse.
