But a judge just ruled it can't be used as evidence, because he pulled the driver over for going 2 miles per hour UNDER the speed limit. The judge ruled it wasn't a good enough reason to pull the car over, and it violated the driver's Fourth Amendment rights concerning unreasonable search and seizure.
