Water gushes from top of Liberty One building
In case you haven't seen this: Somebody in Philadelphia posted video over the weekend of water gushing out of the side of a skyscraper. You see it shooting into the air, and eventually to the street below.
Turns out it was a fire system test. . . and the building wasn't equipped with a modern drainage system that would prevent the surge of water.
