A parrot that sings "Stairway to Heaven" has become Twitter's latest sensation.
In a video posted on the social media site, the Green Amazon Parrot can be seen sitting in its cage as its owner starts playing the Led Zeppelin classic on his acoustic 12-string guitar. After the parrot whistles for a few seconds to warm up, it begins belting out the lyrics to the song as its owner continues to play. As of late Tuesday afternoon, the clip had amassed 87.7 thousand likes and it was shared 24.6 thousand times.
In reaction to the video, one Twitter user wrote, "Lyrics are a bit off -- but not bad, considering he's winging it."
