It happened in South Africa, where not wearing a face mask is apparently a criminal offence.
As seen in the vid, security confronts the woman saying she needs to wear a mask in-store or she will be escorted out, that's when the woman reaches up under the skirt of her dress, pulls her thong down & puts it on her face.
