A Popular Toy Has Been Telling Off-Color Jokes to Toddlers

"How many Catholic priests are required to screw a light bulb into it's socket...?"

If you bought your kid this toy for Christmas, hopefully you gave it a test run: A mom on TikTok posted an angry video after she realized a toy her toddler got was telling him inappropriate, off-color jokes. It's a fake remote control made by a company in Japan called Linsay. It's yellow with pink-and-blue buttons, and the box says it's for kids three and up. But when you push the buttons, it tells jokes. And some are NOT for children that young. The kid's great-grandmother bought it for him for Christmas, apparently through Walmart.com. And while he was using it, his family heard it say something about DRIVE-BY SHOOTINGS.  (???) The joke was, "What makes a clip-clop, clip-clop, BANG sound?" . . . and the answer was, "An Amish drive-by shooting." The mom reached out to the company, and they said they've stopped selling it while they look into what happened. Walmart says a third-party seller listed it on their site, and they've stopped selling it too. Other sites have pulled it down as well, including Lowe's, Macy's, Office Depot, and ShopHQ.com.
