Mayor Buddy Dyer is working to keep large crowds from gathering inside bars this busy Halloween Weekend. In downtown Orlando open containers of alcohol will be allowed in certain high-traffic areas of downtown Orlando.
At this time there is no specific streets or areas that are mentioned - but said they will be realeased in the next few days.
