A 23-year-old substitute teacher from a Connecticut high school is in both professional and legal trouble after it was alleged that he ran a classroom "fight club". Why....why would you think that was a good idea. Especially with students taping the action, see the video below. I understand that it can be hard to connect with kids, but this was a terrible bonding idea. I finally, after all these years, understand that the hardass teachers were always right. The nice or cool ones, they were the fools. They're not your friends, they're your students. You need their respect, not Instagram follows.
