An emergency room doctor was skeptical...until he saw the evidence

So...you like raw sushi?  You may want to take a look at this story about a California man who ate raw salmon sushi almost every day.  That was, until he recently experienced some discomfort while dropping a deuce.  He was stunned by what he saw (and removed) from his lower porthole.
